First of all, what an amazing team Ridernav has—especially Erika. Thanks to Smart Riding Gadgets (YouTube) and after extensive research, I chose the Ridernav for my BMW F850GS.
What stands out to me is the build quality of the housing, how easy it is to install, and how smoothly it pairs with an iPhone. The screen is clearly readable both during the day and in the evening. Controlling it via the BMW Wonder Wheel takes a little getting used to at first, but soon becomes second nature.
Unfortunately, the first shipment was lost by the courier service DHL Netherlands, which was completely beyond Ridernav’s control. But! This was handled exceptionally well and quickly by Erika. Without any hesitation, and after I provided proof, she immediately sent a new Ridernav unit.
In short: an excellent product for BMW motorcycles that isn’t restricted by BMW’s system limitations.
