Shipping Policy

RiderNav is committed to delivering high-quality products to every rider. We work with reliable international logistics partners to provide safe and efficient delivery services for all global orders.

Orders over US $69 qualify for free standard shipping (threshold calculated after discounts, before taxes). For expedited shipping, rates and delivery times vary by country/region and will be shown at checkout; expedited fees are not covered by the free-shipping offer.

1. Shipping Locations & Warehouses

Orders are fulfilled based on stock availability. We ship from our warehouses located in:

  • China
  • Germany
  • United States
  • United Kingdom

The system automatically selects the nearest warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (business days only).
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order verification and processing before shipment.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by region and shipping method:

  • US / EU / UK: 5–10 business days
  • Other regions: 7–12 business days
    Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local courier efficiency.

4. Tracking & Delivery

All packages include tracking information. You can check the latest delivery status through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your package appears delayed, please contact our support team at cs@ridernav.com. We will help you follow up with the carrier and push for expedited delivery where possible.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you purchased Seel Shipping Protection, Seel is responsible for ensuring your package arrives safely.
Any cases of loss or damage during transit should be reported directly to Seel for claim processing.

If you did not purchase Seel protection and the parcel is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

6. Delayed Delivery

Once your package has entered your destination country, final delivery speed is controlled by local carriers.
We do not have direct influence over customs or domestic courier delays, but we will contact the carrier to expedite delivery whenever possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address causes the package to be lost or returned, RiderNav will not be responsible for reshipment or replacement.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
For pre-orders, you may cancel before shipment for a full refund.
