Why We Built It

Auxiliary lighting hasn't fundamentally changed in twenty years. Brighter LEDs, bigger housings — but the same fragmented experience: a spotlight from one brand, a switch from another, a controller that doesn't talk to your motorcycle.

We built the Q5 Pro to answer a different question: what would auxiliary lighting look like if it was designed as a system?

Three coordinated components. One purpose. Zero compromise.

What's in the System

Component What It Does Who It's For
Q5 Pro Spotlights 22,000 lm hybrid beam, dual-color, IP68 Every rider
RLC3 Controller Universal dial controller with color-shifting Signal Ring All motorcycles
RLC-CAN-X Controller Native BMW Wonder Wheel integration via CAN bus BMW riders

The Spotlights, at a Glance

  • 22,000 lumens total output — 11,000 per lamp
  • Hybrid beam — center spot for 200m+ range, peripheral flood for corner-to-corner visibility
  • Dual-color — 4-stage adjustable white beam + fixed yellow DRL
  • IP68 sealed — dust-proof, submersion-rated
  • Smart thermal management — active temperature monitoring for long-run reliability
  • Ceramic capacitor circuitry — automotive Tier-1 grade electronics

💡 Optional Yellow Lens Cover — converts the white beam into high-intensity yellow for fog, rain, and low-visibility conditions. Sold separately.

Two Controllers. One System.

RLC3 — Universal, Tactile, Unmistakable

The RLC3 replaces every button-cluster remote you've ever seen with a single tactile dial and a discreet auxiliary key.

Its signature feature is the color-shifting Signal Ring — a continuous LED gradient that flows from deep green at minimum brightness to luminous blue at full 22,000 lumens. Read your output at a glance to your peripheral vision. Eyes stay on the road.

  • Works on every motorcycle
  • Infinite dial dimming — no fixed steps
  • Hazard, high-beam sync, and horn-triggered strobe built in

RLC CAN-X — For BMW Riders Who've Been Waiting

Plugs directly into the BMW CAN bus. No cut wires. No aftermarket look. Your Q5 Pro spotlights are controlled through the factory Wonder Wheel (Multi-Controller) — the same way you already control everything else on the bike.

  • Turn signal, hazard, and high-beam sync — automatic
  • One-press strobe alert through Wonder Wheel center button
  • Memory function — restores your last setting on every start

Available in three CAN cable variants covering all major BMW models with Wonder Wheel:

Cable For These Models
4-PIN RDC R 1200/1250 GS, GS Adventure, R 1200 R/RT, R 1250 RT
6-PIN DWA R 1300 GS, R 1300 GS Adventure
8-PIN RDC K 1600, F 750/850/900, R 18, S 1000 XR, C 400 X/GT

The Three Principles Behind Q5 Pro

🔗 Coordination over horsepower. More lumens doesn't make a better light. Coordinated behavior — lamp, controller, motorcycle — does.

🛣️ Context over settings. Your lights should adapt to the road. Not the other way around.

🏭 OEM-grade over aftermarket. Especially for BMW riders — the Q5 Pro should feel like a factory option that arrived a few years late.
