SAFETY WARNINGS

Please carefully read and strictly comply with the following safety precautions before beginning installation:

Disconnect Power: Disconnect the motorcycle's electrical system completely before installation. Never perform work with power connected.

Appropriate Tools: Use suitable professional tools for installation to prevent tool slippage that could cause personal injury.

Proper Torque: Tighten all fasteners according to the specified torque values to prevent safety hazards caused by improper tightening.

Professional Installation: If you are not confident in your installation skills, we recommend having the installation performed by a qualified motorcycle service technician.

Wiring Diagram

The Q5 Pro Auxiliary Light Kit does not include a controller. Please refer to the instruction manual of your selected controller for wiring installation. This wiring diagram is compatible only with the RLC3 Light Controller. If you are using the RLC-CAN-X Light Controller, please follow the instructions provided with the RLC-CAN-X controller.

Yellow Label - ACC:
Connect to the vehicle's continuous power supply when the ignition is on.

ACC Trigger Signal Line (Yellow Label-ACC):
This trigger signal detects whether the vehicle is ignited. The light will only power on after ignition is activated.

Note:
Any circuit that powers on (12-15V) when the ignition switch is turned on and cuts off when the ignition switch is turned off can serve as the ACC line. The ACC line must be connected to a circuit protected by an original vehicle fuse, and should be connected downstream of the fuse.

Wiring Harness Routing Tips:
During installation, ensure the wiring harness is not pinched, kinked, or twisted. Use soft cable ties for securing and avoid placing stress on the wiring that could cause damage.

Beam Pattern Overview

The Q5 Pro features a single, purpose-engineered hybrid beam pattern — combining the long-range projection of a spot beam with the wide peripheral coverage of a flood beam in one precisely tuned optical system. No switching modes. No compromises. Just one optical configuration, engineered to perform across every riding environment you'll encounter.

Replace this Hybrid Beam

Built for both. Compromises on neither.

The Q5 Pro fuses both optical patterns into a single, precisely engineered beam. A high-intensity central cone projects light 200m+ down the road — matching the long-range performance of a dedicated spot beam. Surrounding it, a broad flood pattern delivers wide peripheral coverage that matches dedicated flood optics. Both, simultaneously. From the same housing. With zero mode-switching.

The advantage: You stop choosing between seeing far and seeing wide. On a dark highway, the spot core lights up the road ahead while the flood reveals the shoulders. On a technical trail, the flood floods your immediate path while the spot picks out distant hazards. In fog, rain, or dust, the layered beam structure creates depth that single-pattern lights cannot replicate.

One beam. Every condition. No switching.

Spot Beam

Built for distance. Blind to everything else.

A spot beam concentrates light into a tight, focused cone — projecting illumination far down the road, often 300m or more. Ideal for high-speed highway riding where long-range visibility matters most.

The limitation: Outside the central beam, peripheral vision goes dark. Sharp corners, roadside hazards, animals stepping onto the shoulder, debris in the adjacent lane — none of it gets illuminated. The moment your road bends, your spot beam is looking somewhere you're not.

Flood Beam

Built for width. Useless at distance.

A flood beam spreads light across a wide horizontal arc — typically 60° to 80° — giving you strong peripheral coverage and situational awareness in your immediate surroundings. Ideal for low-speed trail riding, technical off-road sections, and adverse weather.

The limitation: Distance falls off dramatically. Beyond 50–80m, the beam thins out and hazards ahead become invisible. At highway speeds, you're outrunning your light — reacting to obstacles only when they're already too close.
