Controller Installation Position and Securing
① Installation Requirements:
・The controller should be installed in a structurally stable location.
・Prevent movement that could cause connector loosening.
・Avoid direct exposure in high-vibration environments.
②Control Wiring Harness
・The control wiring harness features a modular design for easy installation and removal.
・Control lines, connection lines, switches, and other components are separate modules.
③ Installation Recommendations:
・Select corresponding modules based on actual requirements.
・We recommend inspecting module connectors for integrity before installation.
・When installing the wiring harness, reserve adequate space for inspection.
2.3 Connecting to Battery
Follow these steps when connecting the wiring harness to the vehicle battery:
Step 1: Remove the fuse from the wiring harness. Important: Safely store the removed fuse; it will need to be reinstalled later.
Step 2: Connect the harness positive terminal to the battery positive terminal (red power cable) and the harness negative terminal to the battery negative terminal (black power cable). Tighten the battery positive and negative terminal screws securely.
Step 3: After verifying all connections are correct, reinsert the fuse into the fuse box.
